INTRODUCTION: With this document pH srl would like to thank its Clients for the trust shown over the years and outline the commitments it assumes daily in supplying its services.
QUALITY: pH srl undertakes to guarantee the quality of the services offered not only according to the law but also in the choice of materials and technologies available taking care of supplying everything which has an impact on the service and using qualified, well-known suppliers. pH srl undertakes to use only qualified staff and to maintain their level of training and qualification necessary over time. pH srl guarantee physical measurements regarding testing activities adhere to the International System units through centres accredited SIT or EA. pH srl guarantees that materials adhere to the National Institute of Standards and Technology. pH srl undertakes to maintain its quality system for the analytic sector active and in conformity with the UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025 regulation. pH srl undertakes to maintain the ACCREDIA qualification of the laboratory for the tests shown on the list. pH srl undertakes to keep its quality system for the consultancy sector active and according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 regulation.
SERVICE: pH srl guarantees a continuous regular service without interruptions from Monday to Friday observing the following hours : 8.30-13.00 and 13.30-18.00. Interruptions to the service may only take place due to force of circumstances or public holidays. pH srl guarantees that the carrying out of services concerning analytical activities is carried out by the competent laboratory sector under the direction of the head of the qualified sector. pH srl guarantees that the carrying out of services concerning consultancy is carried out by the competent sector under the direction of the head of the qualified sector. pH srl guarantees that the samples are submitted for analysis with 48 working hours from acceptable of the sample. pH guarantees that the consultancies are carried out within the month following acceptance of the estimate unless otherwise agreed upon with the Client. pH srl may supply the service of handling and transmitting of the analytical data by telematic methods, in conformity with the applicable procedures.
EQUALITY AND IMPARTIALITY: pH guarantees to treat all of its Clients equally, undertaking to act in an objective, just and impartial way.
TRANSPARENCY: pH srl guarantees its Clients the right to request and obtain information relative to them as well as the possibility of forwarding proposals or suggestions and file claims.
COURTESY: pH srl undertakes to pay special attention to respect and courtesy towards Clients, supplying its staff with the necessary instructions.
