Sensorial laboratory
Sensorial analysis are of fundamental importance for firms in order to objectively evaluate the characteristics of a product.
The possibility of being able to use a group of internal tasters composed of 20 people means that pH srl is one of the few structures in the country which can guarantee an analytical service complete with sensorial evaluation.
The sensorial laboratory boasts recognition by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry Politics of two PANELS for the organoleptic analysis of extra virgin olive oil. This allows pH srl to certify DOP and IGP oils on a chemical and sensorial level.
The sensorial laboratory is accredited ACCREDIA for the evaluation of the organoleptic characteristics of virgin olive oils and the organoleptic evaluation of alimentary products using triangular tests.

The olive oil Test panel has also been recognised by the International Oleic Council (C.O.I.) since 01/11/03 (document list T.28/doc. N° 3/ rev. 7 dated 7/11/2003).
