Microbiological laboratory
The microbiological laboratory avails of competent staff and modern equipment for any base analysis and research in the alimentary and ecological sectors. The laboratory also carries out determination of product shelf-life, verification of sanitizing products effectiveness, challenge tests and all that is necessary for determining the conformity of the products to the regulations in force.
Furthermore, it tests for traces of antibiotics and sulphamides in meat and milk, for traces of anabolic steroids and vitamins in various matrixes and filth tests.
We also carry out analysis of potable and discharge water analysis of compost and mud from water treatment stations, controls of surfaces in work areas, controls of the air, controls of the pureness of cosmetic products, monitoring of the risk of legionnaire’s disease in exposed environments.
Most of testing methods used by our lab is accredited by ACCREDIA.
